Get to know employers of all sizes and industries at connecticum
Because of the change to bachelor and master, students have increasingly less time to gain valuable hands-on insights in different companies for their future professional life. At connecticum, one can get an overview of different employers and their philosophies in a very short period of time.
From May 6 to 9, 2014 interested students have the opportunity to get to know numerous employers personally. About 400 renowned employers from Germany, Europe and Asia of all sizes and industries introduce themselves at connecticum in Berlin. At fair booths, in company presentations, DialogEvents and one-on-one interviews students, graduates and young professionals from Germany and abroad can gather information about the various companies, their respective job opportunities and perspectives.
From big players and hidden champions to innovative SMEs and young and successful start-ups – connecticum offers the full range of exciting employers for students and graduates. As Germany’s major career and recruitment fair, in the year 2014 connecticum takes place for the 12th time. In the hangars of the Airport Berlin-Tempelhof, young academics can talk about their career opportunities with potential employers. The company representatives from human resources and specialist departments are glad to give an overview on present and future job perspectives.
Within the scope of connecticum, students and graduates can discover their employer of choice or address them specifically, test their own appearance and „market value“, converse loosely or apply to concrete job offers with interviews in individual interview rooms or they can just have a look around. The impressions gained, tips on study and career planning and personal contacts can be used wisely for future applications. Students of all semesters, graduates and young professionals up to seven years after graduation are invited to connecticum. connecticum is the founder and organizer of one of the most successful job fairs in Europe, connecticum in Berlin. The connecticum job fair has originated from a university campus in Berlin about 10 years ago and has grown annually ever since. The job fair is completely redesigned annually and represents a yearly highlight of the exchange between employers and young academics for the latest and future career opportunities and profile requirements.
