Juniors and Seniors Start their Careers at this Innovative Leader
The year 2013 was a great success for the workforce of this innovative leader in access solutions and ticketing systems: many SKIDATA AG employees took advantage of furthering their education during the past year“s nearly 900 days of training, including studying while working, internal professional skills and social competence workshops or training especially for apprentices. Our young talent performed especially well this year: SKIDATA apprentice Markus was named one of the 12 best apprentices in our state and made it to the finals of the „Bist du g’scheit – Salzburg sucht den Lehrling 2013“ („Aren“t you smart – Salzburg“s apprentice for 2013“) apprentice competition. SKIDATA employees racked up athletic victories, too. Whether competing in ice hockey, go-carting or participating in the company triathlon and Salzburg“s business run, our teams followed the motto „High Tech with High Speed“ and were always among the best!
Young Talent and Promising Newcomers: SKIDATA at Career Fairs in 2013
A career fair is the ideal place for the first meeting between a company and graduates entering the workforce. In order to get in contact with as many rookies as possible, SKIDATA presents itself at many career events in Germany and Austria each year. Whether at the IKoRo in Rosenheim, Germany, the Meet & Match in Kufstein, the MINT career fair in Salzburg or at the Recruiting Forum in Innsbruck: our presence at each of 13 career fairs we attended in 2013 was a success and we were able to meet many new contacts and applicants as well.
